Job summary

True Fitness is seeking a self-motivated Direct Sales Representative to manage customer contacts, sales results, installations, and service needs within Seattle and assigned territories.

You will grow the True Fitness brand by building relationships with YMCA’s, clubs, universities and key accounts, delivering product education and sales presentations, and using CRM to track leads and opportunities to forecast revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.
• Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify, create, manage customers and leads to achieve sales goals.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of True Fitness products and promotions.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients and new opportunities.
• Deliver product education and sales presentations through customer channels.
• Utilize CRM to track leads and opportunities and report weekly/monthly results.
• Prepare territory plans and contribute to annual revenue forecasts.
• Attend meetings and conferences to stay aligned with company strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
