Job summary

TRUE Fitness is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to independently manage customer contacts, sales results, installations and service requirements in the Phoenix area and assigned territories.

You will grow the TRUE Fitness brand by nurturing relationships with gyms, universities and key accounts, while using CRM tools to track leads and opportunities. The role requires a passion for fitness, strong communication, and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.
• Proven B2B and B2C sales track record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territories.
• Experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify, create, manage customer bases to achieve sales goals.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of True Fitness products and promotions.
• Cultivate existing relationships and create new business opportunities.
• Deliver product education and sales presentations through customer channels.
• Maintain CRM records for all leads and opportunities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and territory plans to meet forecasts.
