HOTWORX Matthews is seeking a part-time Trainer Sales Associate who thrives on people and sales. You’ll be the face of the studio, welcoming guests, guiding tours, and driving memberships while building a vibrant local community.

In this role you’ll manage social media content, respond to inquiries, and close leads with integrity. The position offers hourly base pay plus commission, a free HOTWORX membership, and growth opportunities in a fast‑paced, high‑energy studio.

Qualifications

HS diploma or equivalent required.
1–2 years in a customer-facing or sales role preferred.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
Reliable commute or willingness to relocate before starting.

Responsibilities

Create engaging social media content and grow online community.
Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads; book sessions.
Give studio tours and explain the benefits; close memberships.
Deliver exceptional member support and uphold safety protocols.
Open/close the studio and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Compensation

$13/hour base pay + commission
Average commission ranges ****$100–$600/month , with uncapped potential based on performance

Schedule

20–35 hours per week
Availability Requirement: Must be able to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month

Staffed Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 11:00am–8:00pm
Friday: 9:00am–6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am–2:00pm

Create engaging social media content — reels, posts, and stories that showcase our studio and members
Grow our online community by responding to comments, messages, and DMs with energy and authenticity
Help plan and promote events, challenges, and member celebrations that bring people together
Capture the HOTWORX experience and share it to attract new members and inspire current ones
Build genuine relationships that turn members into a loyal, connected fitness family
