Daxko in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Business Development Representative to be the first point of contact for boutique fitness and wellness businesses. You will own inbound and outbound lead engagement, qualify opportunities, and partner with Account Executives to schedule product demonstrations.

You’ll build a strong pipeline, conduct consultative discovery calls, hit weekly targets, and keep Salesforce and Outreach up to date.

Formación

• 6 months to 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of SaaS sales or business development experience (nice to have).

Responsabilidades

• Own inbound and outbound lead engagement from first contact to booked demo.
• Lead consultative discovery calls that uncover real business needs and qualify opportunities.
• Partner with Account Executives to schedule product demonstrations and set up meetings.
• Manage and nurture a lead pipeline through Outreach cadences, keeping prospects engaged.
• Contribute to team messaging, outreach strategy, and goal-setting conversations.
• Hit and exceed weekly and monthly activity targets for calls, emails, and meetings booked.
• Keep clean, detailed records in Salesforce and Outreach so nothing slips through the cracks.
