Job summary

YouFit Gyms in Miami is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead our personal training program, drive revenue, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will supervise staff, develop training plans, and ensure member satisfaction while creating a motivating gym atmosphere.

The role requires strong sales skills, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced fitness environment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and bonus earnings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and CPR/AED certified.
• NCCA Personal Trainer Certification or Exercise-Science degree required.
• Experience in personal training and sales.
• Excellent English communication; multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly personal training revenue targets.
• Conduct fitness assessments with prospective clients.
• Maintain and exceed sales expectations for the program.
• Develop and manage action plans to achieve goals for members and staff.
• Nurture member relationships and referrals with the GM.
• Coordinate scheduling for trainers and group sessions.
• Recruit trainers to ensure optimal staffing levels.
• Provide exceptional customer service and positive gym environment.
