Job summary

YouFit is seeking a Fitness Manager in Florida to lead our personal training program, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional member service. You will recruit and develop staff, schedule PT/SGT sessions, and motivate clients to achieve their goals within a supportive gym environment.

Ideal candidates bring PT sales experience, a relevant certification or degree, and strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus. This is a full-time on-site role at YouFit gyms.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• NCCA Personal Trainer Certification or Exercise-Science related degree.
• Maintain a CPR / AED certification.
• Experience with personal training and personal training sales.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong knowledge in all aspects of fitness.
• Effective English communication; multilingualism favored.
• Proficient in multitasking with a strong work ethic.
• Committed to continuous personal development.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly personal training revenue targets.
• Conduct three fitness assessments per day with prospective clients.
• Maintain all sales expectations.
• Evaluate sessions and small group trainings.
• Create and manage action plans to achieve goals.
• Maintain member relationships and cultivate referrals.
• Generate additional sales and traffic.
• Provide excellent customer service to keep members engaged.
• Schedule and supervise PT and SGT schedules.
• Train clients up to 10 hours per week.
• Recruit and develop PT staff.
• Lead management meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
