Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• NCCA Personal Trainer Certification or Exercise-Science related degree.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Experience in personal training and sales.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong fitness knowledge.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities favored.
• Committed to ongoing personal development.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly personal training revenue targets.
• Conduct three fitness assessments daily with prospective clients.
• Maintain and exceed sales expectations.
• Create and manage action plans to hit goals.
• Cultivate member relationships and referrals.
• Train clients up to 10 hours per week.
• Recruit and develop the training staff.
• Schedule staff per YouFit standards.
• Participate in management meetings.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
