Job summary

YouFit in Pembroke Pines, FL seeks a Fitness Manager to lead the personal training program, drive revenue, and ensure exceptional member service. This full-time hourly role reports to the General Manager and focuses on coaching staff, managing schedules, and delivering high‑quality fitness programs.

Ideal candidates will have NCAA Personal Trainer Certification or an Exercise‑Science degree, CPR/AED, strong time management, sales experience, and a passion for fitness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work full-time.
• Possess NCAA Personal Trainer Certification or Exercise‑Science degree with CPR/AED certification.
• Experience in personal training and sales with strong time management.
• Excellent knowledge of fitness and good English communication; multilingual a plus.
• Demonstrated self‑motivation, leadership, and commitment to development.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly personal training revenue targets.
• Lead and train the PT team and SG T staff according to YouFit standards.
• Maintain member relationships and cultivate referrals.
• Schedule staff, manage sessions, and oversee program delivery.
• Deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on client goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle client issues.
• Recruit trainers to ensure optimal staffing levels.
• Participate in management meetings and promote a positive gym environment.
