Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Arvada, CO is seeking a Fitness Manager to drive revenue growth, lead staff development and ensure high-quality fitness offerings for guests.

You will hire and coach coaches, oversee personal and group training, and ensure client engagement through effective management processes. This role requires strong sales, leadership, and fitness programming expertise with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Understanding of human movement, exercise science and fitness programming.

Responsibilities

• Grow fitness revenue by training and retaining clients and leading the staff.
• Directly sell personal and group training packages and lead the team in sales.
• Train and develop coaches, ensuring CCS evaluations are passed.
• Supervise training, onboarding, and ramp milestones for staff.
• Manage group training schedules and ensure class quality.
