Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Personal Training Sales Consultant (PTSC) at its Undefeated Tribe location. You will drive fitness program sales, pair clients with dedicated trainers, and push toward ambitious targets in a high-energy club environment.

You will leverage your sales and fitness passion to convert leads, manage bookings, and contribute to a supportive, goal-driven team culture with a focus on delivering outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in fitness.
• passion for health and fitness required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive, motivating approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts for Crunch Fitness PT programs and assign trainers to clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and funnel conversion rates.
• Assist clients with trainer bookings and billing tasks.
• Foster a collaborative environment and promote trainer subject-matter expertise.
