Qualifications

• NCCA Personal Trainer Certification or Exercise-Science degree.
• CPR/AED certification maintained.
• Experience with personal training and personal training sales.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Effective English communication; multilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Targets: ensure monthly personal training revenue targets are met.
• Fitness Assessments: conduct daily assessments with prospective clients.
• Sales & Service: maintain sales expectations and provide exceptional customer service.
• Staff Oversight: recruit, supervise and develop personal trainers.
• Program Delivery: prepare and deliver fitness programs based on client goals.
• Client Engagement: motivate clients and ensure regular follow-up and reassessments.
• Scheduling: manage trainer and small group training schedules.
• Meetings & Collaboration: participate in management meetings and collaborate with GM.
• Retention & Referrals: cultivate member relationships and referrals.
• Operational Excellence: uphold YouFit standards and a positive gym environment.
