Job summary

YouFit Coconut Grove is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead our personal training program and drive revenue while delivering exceptional customer service to members and staff.

In this full-time hourly role you will recruit and supervise the personal training staff, manage schedules, conduct assessments, and create action plans to meet monthly revenue targets. You will cultivate member relationships, promote referrals, and ensure a positive gym environment with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• NCCA Personal Trainer Certification or Exercise-Science related degree.
• Maintain a CPR / AED certification.
• Experience with Personal training and personal training sales.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong knowledge in all aspects of fitness.
• Effective English communication skills. Fluency in multiple languages is favored.
• Passionate about fitness and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
• Proficient in multitasking, driven by self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
• Committed to continuous personal development.

Responsibilities

• Revenue targets: ensure monthly personal training revenue targets are met.
• Fitness assessments: conduct three fitness assessments per day with prospective clients.
• Sales expectations: maintain all sales expectations.
• Training evaluations: evaluate session and small group training sessions.
• Action plans: create and manage action plans to achieve goals.
• Member relationships: work with GM to maintain relationships and referrals.
• Sales generation: create additional traffic and sales.
• Customer service: maintain excellent service to keep members engaged.
