Job summary

A fitness center in Mount Prospect is seeking a Member Service Representative to enhance member engagement and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with sales, and ensuring a clean front desk area. Candidates should have a strong service orientation and effective communication skills, along with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greets all members & guests with a focus on member engagement and retention.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges including tanning and group fitness.
• Checks in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures.
• Answers phones courteously and professionally.
