Austin Fitness Group is seeking a Sales Associate to support front-line studio operations and deliver an exceptional member experience at our studios in Indiana. You will drive membership sales, share the brand story, and partner with the team to ensure a welcoming environment and strong retention.

This part-time role emphasizes flexibility for evenings and weekends. Responsibilities include tours, answering questions about programs, processing sales accurately, and supporting marketing efforts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related field preferred (0–1 year).
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members and guests reflecting brand standards.
• Accurately complete and maintain member documentation using company systems.
• Conduct studio tours and clearly communicate membership options.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Build relationships within the local community to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
• Support marketing initiatives including social media engagement and studio activations.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment.
• Communicate effectively with members and prospects across channels (in-person, phone, email, text).
