Job summary

Studio 39 Fitness in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a part-time Fitness Studio Sales Assistant to work evening and weekend morning shifts. This role pairs your passion for health with a drive to connect people with life-changing memberships in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

You will greet members, present memberships, follow up with leads, and help manage front desk duties while keeping CRM data current.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, or fitness industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekend mornings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective and current members in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Present and sell fitness memberships, class packages, and studio services.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person outreach.
• Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals and KPIs.
• Conduct studio tours and clearly communicate membership benefits and pricing.
• Lead front desk operations including check-ins, scheduling, and member inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and member data in CRM software.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
