Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional communication.
• Understanding of Pilates, Tone and Yoga benefits is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and participate in continued education.

Responsibilities

• Casual role with early mornings, evenings and weekend work.
• Visually inspect equipment before classes to ensure safety and readiness.
• Maintain studio tidiness and return equipment to established standards.
• Participate in networking events and studio promotions to generate new business.
• Adhere to FS8 brand and athletics standards at all times.
• Work front desk and build relationships with current and future members.
• Make sales calls and follow up on member inquiries during shifts.
• Pay attention to detail to enhance member experience during shifts.
• Stock laundry, studio supplies, and towels in preparation for classes.
• Evolve with new developments in the fitness industry.
• Present professional attire and maintain a strong brand presence.
• Represent the elements of the FS8 brand.
• Minimum of 20 hours per week, plus 40 calls per shift.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
