Job summary

UFC GYM Downtown Pittsburgh is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead the member experience and coach supervision. You will drive private training and supplement revenue while managing staff scheduling and policy enforcement.

Reporting to the VP of Fitness, you will recruit, train and develop coaches, oversee club operations, and ensure quarterly revenue goals are met. Excellent customer service and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 certification from organization recognized by UFC Gym.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Four-year degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Experience in management/employee relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and development of coaches and potential leaders.
• Club administration and achieving monthly revenue goals.
• Sell and conduct personal training with members.
• Coordinate client appointments and scheduling.
• Monitor and review sales and performance metrics with leadership.
• Ensure member service and resolve issues timely.
