Job summary
UFC GYM - Downtown Pittsburgh is seeking a Fitness Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for Private Training and Supplements while delivering a premium member experience.
You will lead the transition from membership to results by selling training sessions, managing the Turn-Over process, and coaching staff to uphold brand standards. A high-energy leader with proven sales success and fitness industry background is ideal.
Qualifications
- Proven success in sales and a background in fitness, hospitality, or retail management.
- Strong ability to communicate value, handle objections, and build long-term relationships with members.
- CPR/AED certification required; a nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Responsibilities
- Drive monthly revenue goals for Private Training and Supplements.
- Lead fitness tours, present training options to prospective members, and close sales for training packages.
- Master the Turn-Over: ensure a seamless hand-off from Sales to coaching staff.
- Actively build a pipeline of clients through outreach and re-signing current clients.
