Job summary

UFC Gym - Downtown Pittsburgh seeks an MMA Sales Manager to deliver outstanding member service and grow Private Training and Supplements revenue. You will oversee scheduling, coaching staff, and drive prospecting, tours, and sign-ups across training programs.

The role requires seven-day availability including mornings and nights, with a focus on scheduling efficiency, client retention, and meeting monthly revenue targets. Franchisee-led team and ongoing development are integral.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one certification from organization recognized by UFC Gym.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Four-year degree in a related field recognized by UFC Gym (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in management/employee relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with Members.
• Sells training sessions and executes prospecting strategies.
• Service Intro PT packages and re-sign clients on full programs.
• Manage client scheduling and calendar coordination.
• Maintain up-to-date scheduling records and adjust for changes or cancellations.
• Oversee scheduling lifecycle for individual client appointments.
• Drive revenue through private training and supplement sales.
• Supervise coach sales activities and ensure club goals are met.
