Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Fitness Manager to lead a Personal Training team and drive membership growth in our Phoenix clubs. You will work on the floor, set appointments, build member relationships, and coach trainers to replicate success.

The role requires a track record in sales, leadership, and delivering results, with a passion for fitness and a commitment to our core values. This is a full-time on-site position in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience; fitness/personal training management is a plus
• 3-4 years of customer service experience
• Personal Training sales experience is highly preferred
• Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels
• Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; good time management and organization
