Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking an Assistant Fitness Manager to lead the Personal Training sales effort at a new Phoenix gym. You will conduct welcome workouts for new members, promote PT packages, and collaborate with membership sales to onboard clients and drive revenue.

The role requires 2-3 years in customer service, 1 year of sales and supervisory experience, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting with members, personal training clients, employees, management, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to meet daily targets, especially weekends or when the Fitness Manager is absent.
• Drive sales by promoting personal training packages and building rapport with members.
• Achieve sales targets for personal training services and small group training sessions.
• Collaborate with the membership sales team to onboard new members and promote the club experience.
• Conduct welcome workouts for new members and guide them through initial club experiences.
• Provide coaching and development for personal trainers, and ensure safe, engaging training settings.
• Communicate goals and procedures clearly to staff; supervise facility maintenance and safety compliance.
