Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Fitness Manager to lead a Personal Training team, build a healthy client pipeline, and ensure an exceptional fitness experience for members. The role reports to the District Fitness Manager and involves on-the-floor leadership, appointment setting, and team development to maximize training sales and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience; fitness/personal training management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets month-over-month, driving membership growth and PT agreements.
• Collaborate with membership sales to onboard new members and drive initiatives.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff including PT Managers and trainers.
• Manage payroll for Assistant Fitness Managers and trainers to ensure timely payments.
• Communicate goals and procedures across departments clearly.
• Ensure staff certifications such as CPR and trainer certs are up to date.
• Maintain high-quality customer service by addressing member concerns promptly.
