Job summary

EōS Fitness in the United States is seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Fitness Manager to lead a Personal Training team, drive membership growth, and deliver exceptional fitness experiences.

Reporting to the District Fitness Manager, the Fitness Manager will spend time on the club floor, set appointments, and build relationships with members while selling training packages and developing the team to do the same.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Must have valid PT certification.
• Previous sales experience required.
• Ability to work in a gym setting and interact with members.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets month-over-month, drive membership growth, and meet goals for PT agreements.
• Collaborate with membership sales for onboarding and revenue initiatives.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff including PT Managers and Trainers.
• Manage payroll to ensure timely and accurate payment of staff.
• Communicate goals and procedures across departments.
