Job summary

UFC GYM Pittsburgh is seeking a PT Sales Manager to drive personal training sales and lead our Fitness team. You’ll help members select training programs, coach trainers, and grow a key part of our club’s revenue. This is a sales and leadership role, not a training role.

You’ll sell PT packages, memberships, and recovery services while coaching staff to hit monthly goals and deliver an exceptional member experience. Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, ideally in fitness or membership sales.
• Strong knowledge of training, recovery, and supplements.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Confident, professional communication.
• Comfort working with goals and numbers.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Pay and Perks

• Hourly base pay
• Commission on your personal sales, up to 15% on new PT agreements
