Job summary

Perfect Performance NOVA in Vienna, VA is seeking a Front Desk Associate to welcome members and guests, check in visitors, and drive membership growth through referrals and lead follow-up. The role requires friendly service, sales skills, and a passion for fitness.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and prospective members as they arrive at the facility.
• Check the members in as they enter the facility.
• Answer phone calls and assist members as needed.
• Communicate with inbound leads and potential members through calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Communicate with outbound leads and potential partners through calls, texts, emails and in-person meetings.
• Contact local businesses about sponsorship.
• Provide an excellent onboarding experience.
• Assist members with resolving any concerns or complaints.
