Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and prospective members as they arrive.
• Check members in as they enter the facility.
• Answer phone calls and assist members as needed.
• Communicate with inbound leads and potential members.
• Communicate with outbound leads and potential partners.
• Contact local businesses about sponsorship.
• Provide an excellent onboarding experience.
• Assist members with resolving concerns or complaints.
