Villa Sport seeks a Fitness Director to lead the club's fitness team and uphold high standards of service and safety. You will oversee all fitness-related protocols and drive staff development, program quality, and member satisfaction at our Meridian location.

Qualifications

• Ability to train and educate staff in Fitness Department procedures
• Thorough understanding of Fitness Department as defined by company standards
• Comprehensive knowledge of facility operations, sales, management systems
• Proficient in all software programs utilized at the facility
• Understand and enforce company policies
• CPR Certification

POSITION SUMMARY

The Fitness Director has overall responsibility for effectively managing and implementing all club fitness-related protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to train and educate new and existing staff in all areas of Fitness Department procedures
• Possess a thorough understanding of Fitness Department as defined by company standards
• Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, management systems
• Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility
• Possess thorough understanding of, implement and enforce company policies
• If training, a current certification that is nationally recognized in the "Personal Trainer" or "Fitness Trainer" or "Nutrition" category
• CPR Certification
