Job summary

Villa Sport is seeking energetic Fitness Professionals to create personalized training programs and guide members toward healthier lifestyles in Treasure Valley. You will design 6–10 week plans, deliver cardio and resistance work, and support clients during sessions in a dynamic club setting.

Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills are essential. Certifications in personal training or fitness/nutrition fields are required, with CPR certification also preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to design a basic program including cardio and resistance for 6–10 weeks.
• Current nationally recognized Personal Trainer or Fitness Trainer certification.

Responsibilities

• Build individualized training programs for clients using Trainerize.
• Lead small group trainings (4–12 people) in a dedicated space.
• Help clients achieve healthier lifestyles through exercise and nutrition guidance.
