Job summary

Villa Sport is seeking a Fitness Director to oversee all club fitness-related protocols and operations at our Boise-area clubs. The role focuses on leading a high-performing team, ensuring excellent service, and implementing programs in line with company standards.

A strong emphasis on staff training, safety, and member satisfaction drives daily activities. The position offers full-time hours, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth within a community-driven fitness

Qualifications

• Must train and educate staff in Fitness Dept procedures.
• Thorough understanding of Fitness Dept as defined by company standards.
• Knowledge of facility operations, sales, and management systems.
• Proficient in software used at the facility.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement all club fitness-related protocols.
• Lead and educate Fitness Department staff on policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards across the club.
