Job summary

Villa Sport Athletic Club and Spa is seeking a Fitness Director in Boise, Idaho. The role has overall responsibility for managing and implementing club fitness protocols and staff leadership to deliver exceptional member experiences.

The position offers full-time hours, competitive wages, and benefits including a 401(k) plan with a dollar-for-dollar match up to 4%, PTO, and complimentary club membership. CPR certification and a nationally recognized fitness credential are preferred.

Qualifications

• Train and educate staff in all Fitness Department procedures.
• Understand Fitness Department standards as defined by the company.
• Comprehensive knowledge of facility operations, sales and management systems.
• Proficient in the software programs used at the facility.
• Understand, implement and enforce company policies.

• Manage and implement all club fitness-related protocols and initiatives.
• Lead the Fitness team to deliver high-quality member experiences.
