Job summary

Villa Sport Athletic Club and Spa is seeking passionate Fitness Professionals to build training programs focused on exercise and nutrition for Treasure Valley members. You will craft individualized plans, including small-group options, using Trainerize or in-house programming to help clients reach healthier lifestyles.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift 45 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to design a basic program that includes cardio and resistance for 6–10 weeks.
• Nationally recognized certification in the Personal Trainer / Fitness Trainer / Nutrition category.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Build training programs with regards to exercise and nutrition.
• Create individualized programming for clients using platforms like Trainerize.
• Lead small group training (4–12 people) in a dedicated space.
• Provide exceptional service to Villa Sport members.

You will have the opportunity to build individualized programming for clients using the best platforms possible like Trainerize. We have opportunities such as small group training in a location built for that purpose and programming that is written in house with groups from 4-12 people.
