PF Management Group is seeking a Club Manager to oversee day-to-day club operations and ensure an exceptional member experience. You will manage hiring, training, and development of staff, lead the team positively, and focus on building a financially successful club.

The role emphasizes customer service, front desk leadership, and coordination of club activities, budgets, and promotions. Must uphold safety and fitness industry standards while driving growth and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred, preferably in the fitness industry.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Superior problem-solving skills. Exceptional leadership and diplomacy skills.
• A passion for health and fitness.

Responsibilities

• Create staffing schedules ensuring shifts are regularly covered.
• Lead by example and train/coaching staff to provide exceptional customer service.
• Prepare and submit HR related forms in a timely manner.
• Resolve employee issues or concerns professionally.
• Manage disciplinary/termination activities.
• Provide backup support for absent employees.
