Job summary

PFHQ Franchise is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience while driving financial success. You will lead a team, handle front desk duties, and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, inventory control, and ensuring opening/closing, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and a welcoming club environment.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight ensuring excellent customer service.
• Front desk duties including greeting members, tours and handling service issues.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure opening/closing of gym and operations.
• Train staff on marketing promotions.
• Complete onboarding documentation for new hires.
• Ensure club is open and staffed during all hours.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
