Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Previous management experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Current CPR Certification preferred.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gym operations to ensure a top-tier member experience and financial performance.
• Manage and develop staff, including recruitment, training and scheduling.
• Drive sales and achievement of club goals and performance metrics.
• Handle front desk operations and member interactions with professionalism.
• Administer payroll, HR tasks and compliance.
