Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, supervising staff, managing front desk duties, and enforcing promotional campaigns. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Front desk duties: greet members, give gym tours, address service questions.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet standards.
• Ensure timely opening/closing of the gym.
• Communicate current marketing promotions to staff.
• Complete onboarding tasks in Paycom for new hires.
• Keep club open and staffed during all hours.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
