Job summary

UFC GYM Wayne seeks a competent Club Manager to recruit, train and lead a high-performing Personal Training/MMA team. You will drive member engagement, ensure exceptional service, and oversee revenue-generating activities.

You will manage operations, uphold UFC GYM standards, and create a motivating fitness-focused culture with on-site classes and wellness programs. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of personal training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Minimum one UFC Gym-recognized certification.
• At least one year of related experience; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong coaching team.
• Maintain an engaged Personal Training/MMA team aligned with company values.
• Assist members with tours, explain services, and sign up for training.
• Handle administrative and housekeeping duties as needed.
• Ensure compliance checks and monitor club systems and performance.
• Work the floor to assist members and promote private training.
• Support revenue-generating activities including seminars and sales.
• Achieve monthly revenue objectives for private training and supplements.
