Job summary

UFC GYM in California is seeking a dynamic coach-leader to recruit, hire, train and develop a strong Personal Training/MMA team aligned with our values and goals. You’ll drive performance and member engagement on the floor while ensuring high quality coaching and service.

Responsibilities include managing tours, explaining services, signing members for training, and supporting revenue-generating activities such as seminars and workshops.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop a strong team of coaches and potential leaders.
• Maintain an engaged Personal Training/MMA team aligned with company values and goals.
• Handle member service matters, tours of the Club, signing members up for training agreements and appointments.
• Performs administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas.
• Ensure compliance with club procedures and monitor employee performance.
