Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, delivering excellent service.
• Handle front desk duties and act on member inquiries.
• Answer phones professionally and direct questions appropriately.
• Check members in using the club's purchasing system.
• Assist with new member sign-ups and tours.
• Show prospective members around the facility.
• Update member information in the system as needed.
• Address questions promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Keep the club clean and presentable during shifts.
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and routine upkeep.
