Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Customer Service Associate at a fitness center in Chicago, IL. This part-time role requires 16.5 hours weekly, with shifts on Fridays 4-7pm and Sat/Sun 12-6:45pm, and no travel.

You will greet members, assist with memberships, and provide information on classes and services. Responsibilities include handling transactions, updating member data in CSI software, and answering inquiries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior Customer Service/Desk Operations experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests entering the facility.
• Swipe/Enter members or guests and verify membership information.
• Provide information about classes, programs, and promotions; direct inquiries as needed.
• Complete register sale transactions and process payments.
• Update member information in CSI software.
• Answer high volume calls promptly and route to appropriate personnel.

Hourly Pay Range

$17.05 - $25.55 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

What You Will Do

• Demonstrates a commitment to the mission of Galter Life Center and demonstrates a service orientation and adheres to all responsibilities and standards of the Life Center.
• Greet every member and/or guest that enters and exits the facility.
• Swipe/Enter each member or guest into the facility and verify that membership information is accurate.
• Provide general information about classes, programs, services, special promotions, and answer inquiries via telephone or in person. Direct inquires/questions to the appropriate person if not familiar or unable to assist.
• Be able to conduct a tour of the facility and answer general membership questions.
• Complete register sale transactions for products and services and take membership payments.
• Update basic member information including: address, email, phone and credit cards in CSI software.
• Answers high volume of incoming calls promptly, courteously, and transfers calls to appropriate personnel

• Education: High School Diploma
• Experience: Prior Customer Service/Desk Operations experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
