Job summary

EDSI is seeking a Part Time FIT Representative in Crawfordville, FL, working 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 10am to 2pm. You will determine eligibility for WIOA ADW, Youth, WP, WT, SNAP E&T, and Reemployment Assistance programs and guide customers through enrollment with excellent service.

This role emphasizes data accuracy, intake coordination, and referral support, with opportunities to conduct workshops and outreach at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruitment, customer service, and/or placement services.

Responsibilities

• Promote all programs and services available to customers/job seekers.
• Determine program eligibility and accurately complete required documentation for enrollment.
• Coordinate intake, assessment and orientation for participants.
• Provide referrals to local partnering agencies when needed.
• Input data and update progress in tracking systems; maintain documentation.
