Ensure consistent management and oversight of WIOA Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth regulations. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients. Work directly with the EDSI Regional Director and Leadership Team, as well as the funder and partners to enhance program services.**Essential Functions:**Model Servant Leadership by living EDSI’s core valuesEstablish professional working relationships with community organizationsAttend required meetings with local and state representatives regarding job placement and job retention issues and apprise staff of discussions held at these meetingsMaintain accurate participant tracking informationAct as a liaison between the local office and EDSI office in Dearborn, providing documentation when requestedAssist in compiling information into reports for EDSI, Board of Directors, and the State as neededFacilitate weekly staff meetingsConduct internal programmatic monitoring of team to ensure compliance.
