Job summary

EDSI is seeking a Career Services Specialist in Exton, PA to provide client-centered services and connect jobseekers with Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) resources. You will determine eligibility, develop individualized employment plans, and manage a caseload while coordinating with partner agencies.

Accurate documentation and strong communication are essential. The role requires collaboration with the Business Services Team, data entry in CWDS, and participation in committees.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent service to jobseekers and employers.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to document services accurately and prioritize tasks.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about CareerLink services to jobseekers.
• Complete eligibility determinations for individuals seeking services.
• Create individual employment plans for individuals seeking services.
• Maintain a caseload of 50-75 Title I program participants.
• Refer to financial navigator and community resources as appropriate.
• Provide staff-assisted job search services with career guidance and labor market information.
• Administer suitability assessments for individuals pursuing training opportunities.
• Complete CWDS data entry and maintain participant files.
• Provide follow-up activities according to program guidelines.
• Represent EDSI on committees and workgroups as assigned.
