## TANF Youth Workforce ConnectorApplylocations: PA NorthWest Franklintime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R-100439**Job Description:****Salary:** $46,000-48,000/year**Title:** TANF Youth Workforce Connector**Classification:** Non-Exempt**Scope of Position:** Build relationships with agencies, educational institutions, and community-based organizations to connect participants to available services and to aid individuals who need further assistance.**Essential Functions*** Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with agencies, educational institutions, and community-based organizations* Provide individualized assessment of work, family and personal development needs and opportunities* Conduct eligibility determination and case management* Conduct intake assessments to create Individual Service Strategies (ISS) to guide customers on their path to employment* Provide referrals to appropriate programs, community service sites, or social service agencies when needed* Track youth progress toward education, training, and employment outcomes* Ensure compliance with TANF requirements and documentation standards* Recruit applicants through outreach strategies including satellite sites, job fairs, schools, community organizations, and referral partners* Disseminate information about our program to community-based organizations* Facilitate workshops and coordinate onsite presentations by community partners on topics relevant to customers’ needs* Meet performance criteria on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis* Assist in the preparation of project reports as needed* Act as liaison between various departments to meet customer needs* Other opportunities as available**Education and Experience Requirements*** High school diploma required; associate degree or some college preferred* Demonstrated telephone, computer, written, and verbal communication skills* Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills* Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining flexibility to meet contract and operational needs* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications* Regional travel is required* Able to work fully onsite, fully virtual, or in a hybrid environment* Clean driving record, valid Driver’s License, and reliable vehicle required**Job Ad****TANF Youth Workforce Connector**Do you have a passion for making a difference in someone’s life?
