Job summary

The candidate will manage fiscal activities for the Services and Activities Fee revenues and student clubs, ensuring policy adherence. The position offers a salary of $47,004–$50,424 with comprehensive benefits, vacation, holidays, and tuition remission

Qualifications

• Total combination of 5 years of education and/or experience in fiscal reporting, accounting or related work.
• Two years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong computer skills including Excel/Outlook/Word and Windows operations.
• Two years experience maintaining and reconciling financial records and fines.
• Experience with high-volume customer service and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain centralized record keeping and reporting for assigned Student Affairs budgets.
• Track and monitor budgets to support primary budget authorities.
• Prepare financial reports and perform reviews; implement procedures.
• Provide training to budget custodians and stakeholders on spending rules.
• Interact with Banner system to create reports and purchase requisitions.
• Review and process reimbursements and payments, ensuring proper documentation.
