California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) invites applications for a Fiscal & Personnel Analyst in the Division of Information Technology. The role supports budgeting, accounting, purchasing, HR, and administrative operations to help DOIT run efficiently.

You will coordinate procurement, payroll, timekeeping, and compliance, oversee chargeback operations, and provide analytical insights to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent required.
• Three years of related fiscal/administrative experience required; four years preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, revenue and expenditure reconciliation, requisitions, and purchase orders.
• Experience with payroll and timekeeping; knowledge of PeopleSoft is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with diverse campus stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide division-level budgeting, accounting, purchasing, HR, and administrative support for DOIT.
• Oversee revenue/expense tracking, reconciliations, AP/AR and invoicing; manage procurement processes.
• Support HR, personnel, and division recruitment; oversee payroll and timekeeping.
• Lead IT Bundle Chargeback operations including forecasting and SLAs; assist with special projects.
