Job summary

FirstLight Home Care in Louisville, KY is seeking Per Diem Caregivers to provide compassionate, in-home support to seniors and adults in need. Flexible scheduling and a competitive wage up to $16.50 per hour reflect experience and client requirements.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of caregiver experience, ideally in in-home care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort, companionship, and personalized support.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Prepare snacks and meals to meet individual needs.
• Encourage movement and engagement to support mobility.
• Perform basic housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Transport clients to appointments or activities if approved.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
