Job summary

FirstLight Home Care in Winchester, KY seeks Caregivers with flexible hours to provide in-home support and companionship. You will assist clients with daily activities, meals, personal care, and light housekeeping in their homes within Winchester and surrounding areas.

This role offers Full Time, Part Time or Temporary opportunities with hours that fit your lifestyle, plus a $200 sign-on bonus after 80 billable hours and health insurance options for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication skills, including fluency in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience in caregiving or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as Full Time, Part Time, or Temporary, with flexible hours throughout the week and weekend.

Location:

This position is in the homes of individuals that live in Winchester, Lexington, Paris, Mt Sterling and other surrounding areas. Must be willing to travel to surrounding locations.
