Job summary

FirstLight Home Care in Lexington, Kentucky is seeking a compassionate Home Caregiver to provide in-home care to clients in their own residences. You will work closely with the care team to ensure each client feels valued, respected and supported, contributing to their overall well‑being and quality of life.

This on-site role offers full-time, part-time, or temporary schedules with shifts seven days a week; travel to clients’ homes in Lexington and surrounding counties is required.

Role Overview:

As a Home Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and supportive care to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our care team to ensure that each client feels valued and respected, contributing to their overall well-being and quality of life. This is an on-site position located in Lexington, Kentucky, where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing companionship and engaging conversation with clients.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as Full Time, Part Time, or Temporary, with shifts available Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is located in clients homes in Lexington, Kentucky and all surrounding counties. Caregiver must be willing to travel to client's homes in surrounding counties.
