Augusta Technical College is seeking a First Year Experience Instructor & Coordinator to oversee and deliver the First-Year Experience program. The role combines instructional duties with program coordination, ensuring alignment with course standards, assessments, and student success strategies.

Responsibilities include developing curricula, guiding faculty, coordinating schedules, and supporting new student orientation, while maintaining documentation and leveraging LMS tools.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree and three years of related experience.
• Preferred: Master’s or Doctorate with five years of program coordination/administrative experience.
• Strong communication and instructional skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares lesson plans for instructional courses and updates syllabi.
• Delivers classroom and online instruction in theory and practice.
• Evaluates student progress against course objectives.
• Maintains LMS training and teaches online courses as required.
• Provides coordination and leadership for the First-Year Experience course.
• Collaborates with faculty and staff to support new student orientation.
