Qualifications

• Experience in student affairs, first-year experience, student success, or higher education programming.
• Knowledge of student development and retention practices.
• Strong event planning and partnership-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach EXP 1100 sections (AU 5 and SP 1).
• Lead development and implementation of Buckeyes FIRST and related student success initiatives.
• Coordinate targeted programs for identified student populations and promote belonging.
• Collaborate with Admissions and campus partners to support recruitment, orientation and new student transitions.
• Develop programming to support campus change to Columbus in coordination with campus advising.
